Every NOORA is hand-inspected before it leaves the warehouse, then shipped via USPS to your door, anywhere in the world, in 5 to 7 business days. Free, fully tracked, no minimum.

NOORA ships through USPS to addresses worldwide. Tracking arrives by email the moment your unit is on the road, end-to-end through USPS handoff to your local postal carrier. You will know where your mask is, every step of the way.
Hand-inspected before it ships
Each NOORA is unboxed, tested, and sealed by hand before it ships. Every device is the device we want sitting on the face of the woman who reserved it. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.
Standard timeline
5 to 7 business days from order to door. Free shipping, no minimum, anywhere in the world. If demand spikes during a Founders Edition push, your order may sit an extra day before it ships. We see every name. We are working as fast as quality allows.
If your order takes longer than the window above, please accept our apology in advance. Write to hello@nooratherapy.com with your order number and we will give you the most honest update we have, same hour if we can.
Customs and local duties (international)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes at delivery, depending on your country. NOORA covers shipping. Your local government decides whether to add a duty. We declare every order accurately and provide all paperwork your carrier needs. If you have questions about duties in your country, write to us before you order and we will share what we know.
If anything goes wrong
Damaged in transit, lost in the mail, or the package shows delivered but never arrived. Email hello@nooratherapy.com with your order number. Sara writes back. Nik writes back. Damaged or lost shipments are replaced at no cost.
