Track your order

Every NOORA ships via USPS with full tracking. Hand-inspected before it leaves the warehouse, on your doorstep in 5 to 7 business days, anywhere in the world.

If you placed an order

1. Check your email for the order confirmation sent within minutes of purchase.
2. When your unit ships, you receive a separate shipping confirmation with your USPS tracking link.
3. Tap the link in that email to see live status, location, and estimated delivery from USPS. International orders are handed off to your local postal carrier and continue tracking through them.

Standard timeline

Each NOORA is inspected and quality-checked by hand before it ships. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of being placed, then USPS handles delivery in 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping, no minimum, worldwide.

If demand spikes during a Founders Edition push, your order may sit an extra day before it ships. Thank you for your patience. If you experience a delay beyond the window, please accept our apology in advance and write to us for the most honest update we have.

Cannot find your tracking

Sometimes the shipping email lands in a promotions folder. Check there first. If you still cannot find it, we will look it up for you.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), then email us. We file the claim and ship a replacement at no cost while the original is investigated.

Customs and duties (international orders)

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes at delivery, paid directly to the carrier on receipt. NOORA covers shipping. Your local government decides whether to add a duty. We declare orders accurately and provide all paperwork your carrier needs.
