If the protocol is not producing the result you expected by day 60, our care team works with you personally. We review what you are using and when, adjust your mode timing, troubleshoot the rest of your routine, and walk through the four phases of your cycle until it is dialed in for your skin.

Why we built support, not refunds

Hormonal skin is layered. The cycle moves in four phases. Two women on the same protocol can need different timing, different intensity, different rest days. The first cycle tells you a little. The second cycle tells you the truth.

What women need at week six is rarely a refund. They need someone on the inside who can read their cycle, adjust the protocol with them, and stay with them through the slow part. That is what NOORA is built to deliver.

If your skin does not respond the way you hoped, the answer is not a return shipping label. The answer is the team that built the device, in your inbox, working through it with you.

The 1-Year Limited Warranty

Separate from the Founder Protocol. NOORA is built to last. If something on the device fails, whether LEDs, battery, controller buttons, or charging port, within one year of delivery, write to us. We send a prepaid return label, you ship the defective unit back, and a replacement is on the way within 3 business days.

Manufacturing defects only. Damage from drops, water, or device modification is not covered.
